Short version: we collect what we need to talk to you and build for you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
01Who we are
Digital Undrworld ("we", "us") is a web design, AI and app development studio based in Southwest Florida, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, our AI Website Studio and our contact form, and what we do with it.
02What we collect
When you contact us
Your name and email, plus anything you choose to add: phone, business name, current website, what you need, budget, timeline and your message.
When you create an AI Studio account
Your name, business name, industry, current website (optional), email and a password. We never store your password itself, only a one-way scrambled version of it.
When you use the AI Website Studio
The brief you write (business details, style choices, wording) and any images you upload, such as a logo or screenshots of sites you like. We also count how many mockups your account has used.
Automatically
Basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type and page speed) through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies to track you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser, for security.
03How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss, quote and deliver your project.
- To run your AI Studio account, generate your mockups and enforce fair-use limits.
- To follow up about your project or mockups. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
04AI and third parties
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site:
- OpenAI generates AI Studio mockups. Your brief and any images you upload are sent to OpenAI to create the designs. Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides our cookie-free analytics.
- Email delivery (if enabled) forwards contact-form messages to our inbox.
These providers only process data to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
05Cookies
We use one essential cookie: a secure login cookie that keeps you signed in to the AI Studio. It isn't used for tracking or advertising. Your browser may also store small preferences, such as whether you've seen the intro. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
06How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and account details for as long as we're talking or working together, and for a reasonable time afterwards for records and follow-up. Uploaded images and briefs are kept only as long as needed to provide your mockups and follow up on them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
07Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just send us a message. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
08Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, scrambled password storage, secure login cookies and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
09Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
