The ground rules for using this site and our free AI Website Studio. Paid projects get their own written agreement.
01Using this site
By using digitalundrworld.com, our AI Website Studio or our contact form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02The AI Website Studio
- You need a free account to generate mockups. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Each account gets a limited number of free mockup rounds. We may change limits, or pause the Studio, at any time.
- Mockups are AI-generated concept images to help you picture a direction. They may contain errors, made-up text or imagery that resembles existing work, and they are not a finished website, a quote or a promise of a final design.
- Only upload logos and images you have the right to use, and don't submit anything illegal, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
- You may use your mockups to evaluate and discuss your project. Third-party brands, logos or likenesses that appear in a mockup remain the property of their owners.
03Projects we build for you
Paid work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Unless it says otherwise, once you've paid in full, you own the final website or app we deliver for you, including your domain, content and data. We may keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, and we keep ownership of our general tools, code libraries and know-how.
04Our content
The design, code, text, 3D work, animations and artwork on this site belong to Digital Undrworld or its licensors. Client and concept sites shown in our work, and their brands, belong to their respective owners. Please don't copy or reuse our site's content without permission.
05Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or the Studio, get around usage limits, access other people's accounts, or use the site to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.
06Links to other sites
Our work includes links to live client and partner sites, including Web3 and crypto projects. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, services or any tokens, trades or transactions you make on them. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
07No warranties
The site and the Studio are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them fast and available, but we don't promise they'll always be error-free or uninterrupted.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Undrworld isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free Studio. Our total liability for any claim about the free parts of this site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
10Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
